My name is Brock Seawell and I offer short term, goal oriented, solution focused therapy. The primary technique I use is NLP, a cognitive approach that is proactive and goal oriented, one that challenges beliefs that no longer work. Together we work to define and refine your goals in life,whatever they may be,and together construct a roadmap to achieve them. Along the way, you’ll also learn techniques for managing stress, communicating authentically and effectively and regaining your balance—and sense of humor.
I draw not only from my training and years of study, but also my life experience, first as an actor, then arts executive and producer for documentaries, film and stage. In addition, I’ve lived and studied abroad,(fluent in French) and appreciate working with clients from other cultures.
