I received my NLP Practitioner Certificate from the NLP Center of New York along with a certificate in Ericksonian Hypnosis. I have a Masters in Counseling and a BA in Community and Human Services . Also I was privileged to study alternative healing with Tu Moonwalker in New Mexico.
Some of my television,film and stage projects include: “When I Hear Thunder."(Aired 2014); Documentary on the lives of five Native American boxers, ages 12-18 and their families.“No Bigger Than a Minute.” Documentary on the life of a dwarf written and directed by Steve Delano, aired on POV-PBS, 2006. Won Cine Golden Eagle Award, 2006. "The Shakespeare Sessions.” Documentary of master class with Royal Shakespeare Company’s John Barton and American actors, including Kevin Kline, Liev Schreiber and Cynthia Nixon. Aired on PBS, 2003. "Land of Little Rain.” Drama adapted from memoir by Mary Austin, starring Helen Hunt. Aired on PBS, 1987. Film:"Top of the World," a contemporary drama about seven friends reuniting for Thanksgiving in the Colorado Rockies. Stage: "1933," a stage adaptation of the novella by John Fante. "Quilters,"an original drama about women pioneers in the West, Tony nomination. "The Arcata Promise" by Davide Mercer, world stage premier. My most recent project, Ludlow: My Name is Louis Tikas, recently aired as a podcast on Union Radio.
